Brittany Tucker serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Growth at United Way of Northwest Florida, where she leads initiatives to expand the organization’s reach, strengthen community partnerships, and drive innovative strategies that advance long term impact across the region. In her role, she focuses on aligning resources, cultivating relationships, and positioning United Way as a catalyst for meaningful, sustainable change.
With a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, Brittany has dedicated the past five years to the nonprofit sector, building a strong track record of leadership and community engagement. Her work reflects a deep commitment to improving lives and creating opportunities throughout Northwest Florida.
In addition to her role at United Way, Brittany serves as Executive Director of the Redfish Foundation and is the Founder of Blackstring Positioning, where she provides strategic guidance and branding expertise.
