Kelly Littleton is a long-time native of Bay County and has loved giving back to her community in many ways. She is excited to start this next journey by serving with this amazing group of women on the founding board of Impact 100 Gulf Coast.

Kelly graduated from Bay High School in 1996. She then went on to get her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Spring Hill College and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from FSU – PC. Once she earned her degree in accounting, she started her career with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC where she has been a loyal employee for almost 25 years! She has earned her Certified Public Accountant’s license and is a tax partner with the firm.

Beyond her professional career, Kelly has served her community in various capacities. She has been an active member of the Junior League, chairing Holly Fair and serving on the board. She has also served on the executive board of the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, in the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, and as a parent volunteer leader alongside the Children’s Ministry Director at First United Methodist Church in Panama City. Kelly has served in various roles and activities at her children’s schools, including the boards of the Mosley Dolphinettes and the Mosley Lady Dolphins Soccer.

In addition to accounting and giving back, Kelly finds true joy in spending time with her family. Along with her husband, Joe Michael Littleton, they are pouring into their five children to raise them to be faithful, hardworking, and generous with a servant’s heart.
Kelly Littleton is driven in many aspects of her life and hopes to continue to make an impact on our community by joining this amazing group of women.
