Michelle Ginn has proudly called Bay County home for more than 30 years and has dedicated much of that time to serving and strengthening the community she loves. She has been actively involved in numerous local organizations, including serving on the FSU/PC Development Board, the Healthy Start Board, and as President of the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors.
Michelle has been a full-time Realtor in Bay County since 1997 and works with ERA Neubauer Real Estate, where she has built a career centered on relationships, service, and community investment.
Family is at the heart of everything Michelle does. She and her husband, Joey, are proud that their children, Hunter and Hannah, along with their son-in-law, Harrison, all live and work in Bay County, continuing their family’s deep roots in the area.
Michelle is honored to serve on this board and is excited for the opportunity to help create transformational change in the community alongside such an inspiring group of women who have stepped forward to support and bring this vision to life.
